Dazed and Confused... yeah that's what I said.. everyday NORMAL stresses are 'triggers' for this 'disorder' , and although the brain scan studies are interesting the 'fact' is that Bi-Polar disorder CAN NOT be proven medically, there is no test, there is no common or concrete 'cause'. Can you get a doctor to say you have it? Sure can. Can medication help some people more easily get over these very normal and common stressors or 'triggers' ?? Yes sir , you sure can. Does that make Bi-Polar 'Disorder' on the scale of MS or Cancer? The answer (which was my response to another poster) is absolutely NOT! Not everyone who claims to have this disorder has a faulty brain scan, not everyone who CLAIMS symptoms of this disorder actually has .. 'a disorder'.

I think if she can spend six grand a month just like that, she dont need to have a conservatorship. 50. I think Mr. Spears is doing a hell of a job -- maybe not $10,000-a-month's worth but I'm sure Brit is an around-the-clock patient so at least the money stays in the family. He is taking time off his own job and I'm sure he really loves his girl -- unlike Adnan or Sam Lutfi.

51. At first I didn't think Jamie should have control of Britney's affairs but it seems that he is doing right by Britney and finally doing what needed to be done in order to help Britney maintain control of her life once again.

If the situation was reversed and it was K-fed doing the samething, there would be no story. K-fed's attorney gives me the creeps. He acts like he is some kind of movie star or something. How can Britney be held responsible for K-fed's attorney fees? Why the hell does Kaplan need a spokes person? They claim K-fed has no income so how and why does he have a ambulance chasing attorney? In papers filed with regard to K-fed's income they claim he doesn't have any so how is he paying child support for his other 2 children with Shar Jackson?

I am glad that Jamie is stepping up and defending his daughter. The fact that he is now calling out K-fed's mouthpiece and letting him know that Britney is no longer fighting this idiot by herself and she has the full support of her family and his days of cashing in on the situation are over. WAY TO GO DAD.

54. If she was working at Wal-Mart for $1500 a month and started acting
all crazy, sleeping around, losing custody of her two boys, reckless
shopping sprees.....would he take a portion of her salary to pay for
the care and love he is so selflessly (yeah right) giving his daughter?? I
seriously doubt it. Too many family members care for their sick
and/or dying loved one's everyday in this country and don't go to
court looking to be financially compensated with a weekly salary.....
Jaime is a joke and if there weren't millions at stake and a chance
for him to get some control of it I'd bet he'd be directing Brit to
the closest Social Services office in LA.

Pacahontas, I can only speak for myself, but I also think for alot of us the frustration comes from someone as rich as, and with SO many resources for help as someone like Britney can afford, not being held accountable for HER bad decisions. Having those decisions and behaviors being blamed on a 'disorder' with triggers that most, if not ALL of us have faced in our life time (as well as our parents and grandparents). It wasn't her, it was the 'disorder'... She couldn't help herself.. bull. It's the new rage, I'm not responsible I have a disorder, I have an addiction... whatever. Us regular people with regular salaries have to buck up and deal... tough up and get our $hit together because we love our kids and know it's our responsibility to do what we need to do for ourselves and our families. And most people who do deal with these issues (and WORSE) don't have millions to cushion the fall either. These rich celebs call 'disorder' or 'addiction' every time they get caught acting like morons.
